Join us here at Paws Yoga - Manchester's first ever puppy yoga sessions for an hour filled with puppy cuddles and joy! Stretch, breathe, and connect to your inner zen with us. 

We start our sessions with relaxing yoga that's suitable for all level of yogis and then after 20 minutes we introduce the puppies into the room for playtime! The puppies will be free to roam and play around you - or they may decide to have a little nap on you. 

All puppies are vaccinated and are awaiting their forever homes - depending on the sessions mum may also be there too. 

Our classes are held in and around the city centre of Manchester.
