Stretch and snuggle here at Paws Yoga - Manchesters first ever puppy yoga class! With a combination of relaxing yoga and puppy play it's a sure way to boost your serotonin levels. We start with 20 minutes of pure yoga and after we introduce the pups for snuggles. Our yoga is suitable for all levels, beginners to experts. 

At the start of each puppy yoga session a waiver will need to be filled out by all attendees before taking part.

The classes are held in and around the city centre of Manchester.
